| Comment 1B: | I think a blended plan that could be phased in over time would be financially feasible. The 750,000 uninsured need a state supported health services plan while thos of us that can continue to provide for ourselves and our families should continue to do so. |

| Comment 2: | We have the obligation, but I am not sure we have the funding source to "go it" totally alone. As a State Representative I would move to explore and investigate successful single payer universal health care plans that are affordable. |

| Comment 3: | This "incubator approach" would be extremely important to me as a State Representative. Creating new health care plans that meet the needs of all citizens is a very complex undertaking that could be very costly to the citizens of Colorado. "Laboratories to the nation" is a creative and necessary step. |
