Western Slope - New Chapter in Summit County!
Under the leadership of John Balassa, the new HCAC
chapter
in Summit County
had a successful organizational meeting on Aug. 19 at the Community and
Senior Center
in Frisco. The new chapter made the front page of the Summit
Daily News Aug. 18 in a four-column article. A second
article was published in the newspaper on Aug. 19. Forty-eight people
attended
the meeting to discuss health care reform
and
begin a Summit
County chapter of
HCAC. The next chapter meeting will be on Wednesday, September 16th, 6:30 PM at the Summit County Community and Senior Center.
