Human right: Access to health care is a basic human right, as described in Article 25 of the UN Declaration of Human Rights, and should be publicly delivered in the US and available to all regardless of ability to pay

Affordable insurance: Universal access to health insurance in the US is good enough, as long as it is affordable

Thanks for your response. We probably disagree with you on the effectiveness and value of for-profit health insurance, and have not found a way to make it affordable for all. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.

Cheaper: Access to health care is not a human right, but the US should adopt universal health care due to it being much cheaper overall

Thanks! While we may disagree on the issue of morality and how a just society takes care of its own, it sounds like we agree that it is the most fiscally responsible solution.

Free market: Access to health care is not a human right, and it costs too much in the US primarily due to government regulations. Health care should be opened up to more free-market forces, such as selling insurance across state lines

Thank you for your response. We may not agree on the reason(s) that medical care is so expensive in the US, but we are interested in true free market forces in health care: such as if all people are covered for all doctors, then docs would compete with everyone on the basis of quality (instead of just whose network they managed to get into).
