What income tax rate will individuals who work for out-of-state employers, or out-of-country employers, pay? I’m talking individuals who work remotely for an out-of-state employer, or commute out-of-state, or out-of-country for work purposes, but reside in Colorado and pay Colorado income tax for the full year.

Will they pay the additional 3.33% on their payroll income, like all other regular CO employees? Or will they be responsible for paying the full 10%, including the portion typically paid for by CO employers?
